P\u00e9ter Rybaltovszki , founder of Herbafarm Ltd., spent years researching how to grow premium-quality rosehips on Hungarian soil. In 2017, he made his dream a reality: he established a 50-hectare, later 100-hectare organic rosehip plantation on the outskirts of Le\u00e1nyv\u00e1r \u2013 entirely without chemicals.<\/p><p data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"690\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The first rosehip harvest could be collected only in the third year after planting, meaning during the 2020 and 2021 seasons. Until then, the project required continuous investment without generating any income. Maintaining the plantation demanded exceptional attention, as there is still no well-established, widely used technology for rosehip
